For over three decades, Gregory Munster has been providing comprehensive wealth management plans to people from all walks of life.  As a NFLPA Registered Financial Advisor, he has a special proficiency in developing investment gameplans for athletes by coordinating with their families, agents and accountants.  Greg’s difference is that he has been a long-term partner – with over 30 years of industry experience and working with a countless number of athletes, utilizing forethought to help guide them around common pitfalls while active AND employing the know-how to help them transition to life after the final buzzer.  Greg has guided many athletes who have transitioned from playing to coaching at both the collegiate and professional levels, or pursued careers in law or other professions.

 

After beginning his career with Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch, Greg established Munster Financial, LLC to truly serve the best interests of his clients.  Whether it’s building an account for a senior’s retirement or a plan for optimizing a young athlete’s sudden wealth, he pulls together a client’s professional network (i.e. tax & legal advisors, sports agents) to give them the full outlook.  Along with a degree from The Ohio State University, Greg has earned the Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor® (CRPC®) designations.

 

Greg’s community involvement includes current and past roles as a board member of LifeCare Alliance, alumni board of The Columbus Academy, member of The Ohio State University Alumni Association, and participation with the Columbus Jewish Foundation and Federation.  In addition, he sits on the board of the New Albany Home Owners Association, and is a member of the New Albany Chamber of Commerce.  He is also a volunteer and member at Muirfield Village Golf Club that hosts the Memorial Tournament benefitting Nationwide Children’s Hospital. 

 

Greg and his wife live in New Albany, Ohio, where they are raising three wonderful children.  Greg especially enjoys his time coaching his children’s sports teams.  In his free time, you’ll find him golfing, biking, or skiing.

Ryan Bules joined Munster Financial full-time in late spring 2023 as a Client Associate.  Though still new to the business, he transitions into this role after a year-long internship that allowed him to set a strong baseline of industry knowledge, as well as form relationships with our clients.  Ryan’s main dedication is communication and teamwork to strive to provide a concierge-level client experience.  He will also assist in facilitating the growth of our business through marketing, branding, as well as guiding new and current clients through all of our exciting online planning applications for a concise, clear financial picture.

A lifetime Buckeyes fan, Ryan grew up in Sylvania, Ohio before receiving his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from The Ohio State University in the spring of 2023.  He now lives in Grandview Heights, Ohio.  Ryan has quickly fallen in love with the Columbus area and is excited to get more involved here in the years to come.  Outside of work, he loves traveling, golfing, and spending time with friends and family.
